• The minimum purchase is (4 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever is left.
  
  
• We will not link to Porn sites or any sites we deem to be offensive. This includes links to sites that we suspect or are informed of to carry out unscrupulous dealings. If you purchase pixels and they are not accepted before activation you will get refunded but you will stand the Pay Pal charges. If you are in any doubt please write us an email. We reserve the right to suspend any links after activation if they are found to be not in accordance with the above. If your link is suspended you will be given the opportunity to provide a new link.
  
  
• You may change your image, title text or link one time without any charges after your link has been submitted to the gallery. This can be done by emailing us your request which will be usually implemented within 24 hours. (We offer our service to change your image, title text or link with an additional charge of $ 3,if it is to be changed more than once.)
  
  
• Once your link has been accepted and published on CityEnjoy you cannot claim a refund.
  
  
• You will not actually own the pixels. You are paying for the space on the pixel gallery which holds your link and image on it. If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
  
  
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
  
  
• If the site is subject to a denial of service attack then we can not be held responsible for not displaying the website. In the unlikely instance of this happening we will do our up most to get the site up and running as soon as possible.
  
  
• The site may have some downtime for maintenance but this will be kept to an absolute minimum.
  
  
• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions to protect the interests of the pixel Gallery and its clients.
